Lightweight, powerful, started and runs great right out of the box. Affordable too! I've owned Echo saws since the 1970's and tried many other brands. The echo saw is the one that always gets used the most. Obviously I'm old now and the weight is a big factor. Thankfully, as I've aged, the saws have become lighter. The recent hurricane where I live in Florida made many trees go down on the land near my house. The Echo has performed flawlessly. No, it won't cut the trunk of a mature live oak, but it'll get just about everything else, with no pain in the back.

This little saw really opened up after a few tanks of fuel. I got it with the 16" bar with 3/8 lopro and it really does good for delimbing and smaller firewood. One of the only saws I've got in awhile that really didn't need a muffler mod to make it acceptable. I believe it could pull a 20" bar for delimbing and brush cleanup. Very happy with the purchase and also impressed with customer service. Great experience. Will be dealing with saw suppliers in the future.
