Great Echo saw - great service

The saw itself is plenty powerful with the 24” Echo bar and a full chisel chain. I’ve taken down two trees about 20” dbh and it bored right thru the heart and out the back.

Saw Suppliers was great to work with too. They refunded part of my order when they realized it was out of stock and threw in some 2 cycle oil and an extra scabbard into the box.

initial impression-a solid saw

We needed an upgrade in cutting capability to help continue clearing/cleaning up after Helene had at WNC. I am no arborist and of course it is hard to truly rate a chainsaw after such short-term use, but the Echo 590 has handled what’s been asked of it so far. Easy to start with good power and solid, sturdy parts.
I would also like to thank the folks at Saw Suppliers for getting the saw to my front door so quickly, throwing in a couple of bottles of oil, and including some kind, hand-written words with my order. I will definitely be a return customer and steer others in their direction. Thanks y’all

Great saw, even better company to order from

Saw Suppliers is amazing! I got a personalized hand written thank you with my order and a bonus item. Will 100% order here again. The 590 is also an amazing saw and I can see why it’s arguably Echo’s best seller. I upgrade to an aluminum handle from the 620. With the 20” bar this thing was absolutely ripping through this huge Oak tree I was bucking. I bet a full chisel chain would be absolutely mad on this thing! It’s a tad on the heavy side, but if you’re cutting some really hard wood, the performance of this saw is absolutely worth it. There’s tons of versatility with smaller and larger bars too. I would recommend owning at least one smaller saw for limbing. But it will absolutely do everything.
