This saw is the BEST Value out there! While it isn't the fastest, lightest or most beautiful saw out there, I do not think you will find a better saw for the money that is simple to use and can run the 27/28" bar well enough for occasional usage. Great machine with a 24" bar!
Do not let this small light machine catch you off guard. While it will not run with the larger saws, the larger saws make this look like a toy. It certainly isn't a toy and can get some work done for you! I prefer the Nano (TN) model myself. Enjoy your new saw!

The 620PW powerhead and a few other items came quickly and well packaged. One ordered item was missing, a small bar adapter, but upon reaching out they immediately got one sent out for me. As others have mentioned, Jess through in a few extras! A hand written note, some Red Armor premix oil, a bar scabard, and he replaced my ordered air filter with a full tune-up kit including an air filter, spark plug, and fuel filter.

I reached out to saw suppliers about accessories for my CS-590. They were super helpful and created a quote with the items I wanted. Once ordered, shipping was quick (and free!). I opened the box to find an extra chain and a handwritten note. I live in Western North Carolina. The extra chain they explained, is for use in dirty wood or if I hit the ground. Super helpful with all of the trees laying on the ground after hurricane Helene. I've already recommended Saw Suppliers to my friends and relatives!
