This saw is the BEST Value out there! While it isn't the fastest, lightest or most beautiful saw out there, I do not think you will find a better saw for the money that is simple to use and can run the 27/28" bar well enough for occasional usage. Great machine with a 24" bar!
Do not let this small light machine catch you off guard. While it will not run with the larger saws, the larger saws make this look like a toy. It certainly isn't a toy and can get some work done for you! I prefer the Nano (TN) model myself. Enjoy your new saw!

I opened the box to find an extra chain and a handwritten note. I live in Western North Carolina. The extra chain they explained, is for use in dirty wood or if I hit the ground.
