Have not used parts yet but the cost and timing of delivery was spot on. Echo parts less expensive through SS than Chinese parts from Amazon.
We needed an upgrade in cutting capability to help continue clearing/cleaning up after Helene had at WNC. I am no arborist and of course it is hard to truly rate a chainsaw after such short-term use, but the Echo 590 has handled what’s been asked of it so far. Easy to start with good power and solid, sturdy parts.
I would also like to thank the folks at Saw Suppliers for getting the saw to my front door so quickly, throwing in a couple of bottles of oil, and including some kind, hand-written words with my order. I will definitely be a return customer and steer others in their direction. Thanks y’all
Purchased this back in 2014 and its been a great primary saw over the years. Other than plugs, filter (still original) no trouble. Only used Red Armor and fresh 89 octane. Run to empty for storage. Saw so good I decided to purchase another one for backup and compatibility with various bars 20inch through 36inch. Pulls good with sharp chains. A clear winner in my opinion!
